Technology is an art. Wafer fabrication is a crucial step in technology. Silicon wafers enable computers and other electronics to function. At Semixlab wafer manufacturing we make sure we supply the best, using new processes.
The wafer is a very thin, flat piece of silicon. This section is polished and varnished to a smooth surface. Next, a very special machine known as a lithography tool places patterns on the wafer. These patterns will form the tiny circuits that allow our electronic devices to function.
Semixlab silicon wafer is to electronic devices what bricks are to houses. They are used to produce minuscule chips, called semiconductors, that serve as the brains of computers, phones and other tech products. We wouldn’t have the incredible technology we have today without silicon wafers.
Semixlab likes to challenge itself by looking for better ways to process wafers. One cool idea involved using 3D printing to add more complex patterns on the wafers. This allows us to create smaller and more powerful electronic devices than we have ever been able to before.
Wafer production quality control is highly relative to stakeholders. At Semixlab silicon wafer manufacturing companies, we even have a team dedicated to manual inspection of every wafer to confirm that it meets all of our high standards. Special machines test the wafer’s strength, thickness and conductivity. This is to ensure that only the excellent wafers come out of this stage of manufacturing.
