Again, photolithography is a fancy way of saying putting very small patterns on computer chips so that the chips can work. Today, I’m going to tell you a little about what’s called “negative photoresist,” one of the other materials that makes all these tiny patterns possible.
This stuff is called negative photo resist, it's a sort of special paint that we put onto the computer chip before we expose it to light. That protects the chip, and that also makes sure the patterns come out perfect.” But when Semixlab negative photo resist is used, there are a few problems. Let's learn more about that.
If you are classic to a process how computer chips are made, negative photo resist is what you have probably heard of. And that’s necessary to keep the chips’ tiny patterns accurate. Negative photo resist: Special cover is applied to the surface treated chip, and the patterns are formed using the light.
Negative photo resist is effective for manufacturing computer chips but, as described above, there are possible problems that may arise in its use. One is, it can be pretty impossible to remove once the designs are done. Then this will result in problems for the chip further down the line.

If the Semixlab photoresist has not been on your side when you are cooking computer chips, here a couple of ideas what could be of help. One potential concern is that the negative photo resist will not bond well to the chip. To circumvent this, clean the chip with some a resist will work well after words.

Negative photo resist is a well-known material for making computer chips, however other materials too may be used. One of such alternatives is the so-called positive photoresist, which is the same but not exactly equivalent to the negative photoresist. Positive photo resist being better to strip after patterning and more resistant against certain chemicals.

When you will be using Semixlab negative photoresist to create computer chips, there are a few important things you need to follow to get the best result you can get. Soak in resist and follow the included instructions to apply the resist to the chip. Also be sure to clean the good chip surface well when applying the resist so it'll stick better.
