Our founder, Prof. Shaolong He, isn't just a businessman—he’s a former CAS Professor and a national project leader who has spent two decades refining carbon-based tech.

We’ve moved beyond the lab. By combining the research power of Yongjiang Laboratory with our internal production R&D, we’ve successfully industrialized Solid SiC and high-purity CVD coatings. These aren't just products; they are the results of 20 years of scientific rigor. With 12 active production lines and the financial backing of Leon Micro and Jiangfeng Electronics, Semixlab provides the reliability and purity that global fab environments demand.
