R&D Leadership: The Prof. Shaolong He Era

Prof. Shaolong He infused our team with the precision of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). As a former CAS Professor, his career has been defined by mastering CVD technology and scaling it for mass production.

We don't work in a vacuum. Under Prof. He’s direct guidance, our R&D operates through two synchronized centers:

● Fundamental Research: Through Prof. He’s leadership role at the Yongjiang Laboratory (Y-LAB), we tap into elite-level research assets to solve complex thermal field material challenges at the atomic level.

● Application Engineering: At our Semixlab Internal Center, we take those high-level innovations and turn them into scalable, high-purity coating processes. Our goal is simple: ensuring every susceptor and component meets the specific, localized needs of our customers' fab environments.

Yongjiang Laboratory (Y-LAB) Collaboration: As a core partner of the Thermal Field Materials Innovation Center (Y-LAB), we share world-class characterization platforms to ensure our materials meet the most stringent semiconductor standards.
