Capacity Breakthrough: New 80,000 m² Production Base Topped Out to Supercharge Semixlab's Advanced Coating Manufacturing Capabilities
2026-06-01
Zhejiang, June 3, 2026 – Semixlab, a well-known international brand in advanced semiconductor material coatings, together with its manufacturing and R&D base Zhejiang Liufang Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., has reached a major construction milestone. After finishing the main structural frame (topping-out), the project has now moved straight into the high-precision interior fit-out stage. Right now, a top-tier, semiconductor-grade cleanroom system is undergoing detailed interior work and architectural checks.
The current construction includes advanced environmental controls, localized ultra-pure piping networks, and localized HVAC laminar flow modules—all designed to meet strict particle count limits. According to the project command office, the full interior finishing, air filtration system installation, and cleanroom certification are expected to be done in the coming quarters. That puts the team on track to complete the relocation, calibration, and initial trial runs of advanced CVD equipment by December 2026.

Big Boost in Capacity for Next-Gen Coatings
Moving from a bare concrete structure to an ultra-clean semiconductor manufacturing environment is a big deal for Semixlab’s production capacity. The new facility covers over 80,000 square meters. Once fully up and running, it will serve as a high-volume manufacturing hub aimed at easing global supply bottlenecks in the pan-semiconductor market.
Key equipment at the plant will include next-gen high-temperature CVD furnaces, advanced vacuum purification systems, and automated ultra-precision CNC machining centers. Thanks to the semiconductor-grade cleanroom, all components will go through deposition, purification, and final packaging in a contamination-free environment. That’s essential for meeting the extremely low ash content (under 5ppm via GDMS) and sub-micron thickness tolerances that international chipmakers demand.
What This Means for Key Product Lines

With equipment move-in still on schedule for the end of the year, Semixlab is getting ready to ramp up delivery of its core products, including:
CVD Silicon Carbide (SiC) Coatings – for high-purity SiC susceptors, half-moon rings, and satellite discs compatible with major epitaxy systems.
CVD Tantalum Carbide (TaC) Coatings – designed for high-temperature thermal field components that need to stay stable up to 2600°C, critical for SiC and GaN single crystal growth.
Pyrolytic Carbon (PyC) Coatings – offering dense, non-porous sealing for specialized graphite heaters and wafer processing hardware.
Backed by a strong R&D team with scientists from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Yongjiang Laboratory, Semixlab’s expansion keeps things flexible, resilient, and consistent in quality. Global customers are welcome to schedule virtual audits or request preview component validation kits as we head toward our Q4 operational target.
