Description

CFC pallet (Carbon Fiber Composite Pallet) is a structural component composed of high modulus carbon fiber and high temperature resistant resin (such as epoxy resin), which is usually manufactured through precision processes such as molding and vacuum infusion.

In the photovoltaic manufacturing industry, CFC pallets are widely used in high temperature processes such as cell sintering and PECVD. As a bearing and transmission component for silicon wafers, they have excellent structural and thermal properties.
